Charles Fazzino

Charles Fazzino is an American artist, born in 1955, who lives and works in New York. A graduate of the School of Visual Arts, he has become a leading figure in three-dimensional Pop Art. His hand-cut, layered, and assembled silkscreens combine vivid color, abundant detail, and cultural symbols in a playful, luminous world.

His cities, sporting events, and cultural icons become miniature worlds filled with color and detail. Beneath their playful appearance, the works act as affectionate records of contemporary life. They invite the eye to travel, smile, and continually discover new scenes.

Shown in hundreds of galleries and museums worldwide, Fazzino has created official art for major sporting and cultural events. His pieces are held in numerous public and private collections. Joyful, technically accomplished, and universally legible, his work carries a powerful identity and immediate appeal.
