Itzik Mevorah
Itzik Mevorah is an Israeli artist and designer, born in Tel Aviv in 1971, where he lives and works. Raised in an artistic family with Bulgarian roots, he graduated from the Avni Institute of Art and Design in 1999. His Neo-Pop language combines graphic clarity, bold color, and historical or contemporary references in near-cinematic compositions.
Mevorah describes his visual language as “Neo-Pop.” He combines the clarity of design with painterly energy to revisit historical figures, contemporary icons, and personal experience. Bold colors, graphic framing, and near-cinematic staging give his works direct presence, while his choice of subjects opens reflection on collective memory, peace, and the role of images.
His creations appear in public spaces, offices, and private collections in Israel and abroad. Through them, Mevorah seeks to observe, express, and live more intensely. His art joins Pop accessibility with narrative depth, making each piece a meeting point between history, emotion, and visual culture.
