Uri Dushy

Uri Dushy is an Israeli multidisciplinary artist who lives and works in Jaffa. For more than four decades, painting, sculpture, public installations, music, and video have formed a practice that refuses boundaries between disciplines. His vibrant Pop Art draws on cinema, urban culture, and contemporary life to create colorful, narrative, and immediately approachable works.

His vibrant Pop Art is built through layers of acrylic, glass, metal, wood, and mixed media. Bold colors, figures in motion, and urban references form narrative works in which identity, human connection, and contemporary life interact. Relief and layering cause the image to change with the viewing angle and give the surface an almost musical rhythm.

His works have appeared in galleries, international fairs, and private and corporate collections across Europe, the United Kingdom, North America, and beyond. Dushy has also created monumental sculptures that have become landmarks in public space. His work combines visual impact, accomplished execution, and the pleasure of storytelling: generous, immediately approachable art that turns every setting into a space for dialogue.
