Nima Jamishi is a self-taught Iranian artist, born in 1985, who lives and works in Melbourne, Australia. Active in street art for more than twenty-five years, he has collaborated with artists from many countries. Leaving Iran and discovering new freedom of expression feed direct paintings in which acrylic, oil, ink, and spray carry memory, dignity, and repair.

His paintings combine acrylic, oil, ink, and spray paint in large-scale compositions with direct energy. Portraits, historical symbols, political messages, and urban-culture references collide across the surface. For Jamishi, art is at once family, dialogue, and a form of personal repair.

After several years in Byron Bay, his move to Melbourne gave his career new momentum. His works join the spontaneity of the street with ambitious painterly construction. They carry a story of migration, dignity, and freedom, offering collectors pieces that are visually powerful yet also grounded in authentic human experience.
