Yuval Orly is an Israeli painter, born in 1976, who lives and works in Israel. A 2003 graduate of the Bezalel Academy, he creates oil paintings shaped by Post-Impressionism, memory, and light. Fragmented color, deliberately shifting contours, and near-Cubist forms transform landscapes and symbols of identity into inner experiences.

His images have a deliberately shifting, slightly unfocused quality, like memories glimpsed from a moving vehicle. Rather than painting a precise place, the artist captures the way it persists in memory. Blended colors, diffuse light, and gently Cubist forms produce landscapes that feel both familiar and unreal.

For Orly, art makes it possible to travel through time and bring personal or collective memories back to the surface. This dimension becomes especially powerful when he addresses the landscapes and symbols of Israel. His canvases combine serenity, identity, and emotion, offering collectors technically accomplished painting whose visual softness carries genuine memorial depth.
